FAQ

Thank you for shopping Victory Church Merch, the apparel brand for Victory Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We are one church in many locations and we are proud to be able to outfit our Victory Church tribe. 

For additional details that may assist you in making your purchases, please read the information below. 

SHIPPING:
You have two options when placing your order; you can choose to pick up at one of our Victory Church locations for free or you can have your order shipped directly to you for a fee. 

Local Pick Up:
Orders are processed on Sundays and Wednesdays. Any order placed after Wednesday at 12:00p will be available for pickup at your campus the following Sunday. Please keep in mind that orders are processed on Sundays and Wednesdays only so if you place an order on a Friday it will not be available until the following week.

Shipping: If you choose to have your order shipped directly to you, it will take about 5-7 business days for the order to arrive. You may experience shipping delays as carriers are dealing with challenges due to the pandemic.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
Please contact merch@victorychurch.org if there are any problems with your order. Any merchandise item with an issue or problem that occurred because of an error on our part can be returned and money refunded with show of original receipt. Any return expenses will be covered. Please note that any damages to items that take place during shipping cannot be exchanged to us.

We do not accept returns for items bought in error, items no longer wanted, or items that were different than expected. Check your sizes, colors, and quantities before confirming your order.

Exchanges: We are only accepting exchange requests for a different size of the original item purchased. Requests must be made within two weeks of placing the order. Email merch@victorychurch.org to request an exchange. Please allow one week process your request. Item being exchanged will need to be dropped off at a Victory Church location, can set up a drop off time outside of Weekend Experience times by emailing merch@victorychurch.org. 

If you need to ship your item in for a size exchange, you will need to cover shipping costs.

OUT OF STOCK:
If your desired size or color is out of stock, please check back soon or email merch@victorychurch.org to find out when your item may be back in stock. It typically takes 1-2 weeks to restock items.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Your personal information is used for the purpose of fulfilling your order and is shared only with Victory Church. Victory Church staff will see confirmation of payment but your full payment information is not seen by any Victory Church staff member or volunteer. Your information will not be shared with any other parties.
